2. Our Services
At TK Electronic Services, we provide:
- Repairs for TVs, gaming systems, sound systems, microwaves, and similar devices.
- TV installations that include wall mounting, cable management, and system setup.
We assess each service request carefully. If parts are unavailable or the issue is beyond repair, we will inform you immediately and recommend your next steps.
3. Scheduling and Appointments
To ensure smooth operations, we require customers to:
- Book appointments in advance.
- Confirm the appointment date and time with our technician.
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid fees.
We charge a service call or diagnostic fee for all in-home visits, which we will inform you of before arrival.
4. Repair Estimates and Approval Process
- After diagnosing the issue, we will present a detailed estimate.
- We only begin the repair after receiving your approval of the quoted cost.
- If you decline the repair, you must still pay the diagnostic fee.
- We make sure you understand the repair scope before proceeding.
5. Payment Terms
- We require full payment when we complete the service, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You can pay using cash or e-transfers.
- If you miss a payment deadline, we will apply late fees based on our current rates.
6. Service Warranty
We stand behind our work with a [90]-day limited warranty on all labor and parts we supply and install.
However, this warranty does not apply if:
- You damage the item after service.
- Someone else attempts a repair afterward.
- The damage results from electrical surges, accidents, or improper handling.
Please note: our installation service covers labor, not manufacturer warranties on the equipment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Although we take every precaution, we cannot take responsibility for:
- Pre-existing damage or hidden issues that only become visible after work begins.
- Loss of data from your device. We recommend backing up your files beforehand.
- Any harm that results from how you use or store the item after the service.
8. Your Responsibilities
To help us serve you efficiently, please:
- Provide accurate information about the device and its problems.
- Ensure the work area is accessible and safe for our technicians.
- Be present or assign someone you trust during the appointment.
9. Privacy and Communication
We collect your name, phone number, and address strictly to provide service and maintain communication.
We do not sell or share your information without your consent.
For more details, please refer to our full Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions as our services evolve.
When we do, we will post the new version on our website.
By continuing to use our services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
11. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions follow the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
In case of a dispute, we will aim to resolve it fairly and promptly through dialogue before taking legal steps.
